And just for thought...
I cannot make you look at me and see what I demand you to
because you stick to your arrogant preconceived notions like you would die otherwise.
In a crowd, your quick to point out this
while under our sheets you are swift to forget that.
The sad part about all of this is I have seen you beyond the barriers you hold up against me.
What makes it unbearable is the fact that the person you hide is better then all you pretend.
I was never the one playing games, no hidden intentions.
I don't give a damn what words you twist about me.
I have never made any assumptions about you but you have a field day with me,
assuming my youth lacks knowledge,
assuming the child I bore makes me careless.
Have you ever tried to get to know me beyond your stupidity?
No, because if you had, you would've seen us not making it was on you.
At the end of the day, I'm just a girl who has been in love with writing her entire life. I am full of quirks, anxieties, fears, joys, laughter. And all I have wanted to do was give the world a smile.
